Chester Healthy Living Centre is running a range of healthy activities from January 2012. Please ring 01244 385035 for further information and to book a place on one of our activities.
‘Vegout@Blacon‘ fruit and vegetable bag scheme - Drop in to see examples of the bags on sale between 12 noon and 2 pm on a Thursday and place your order for the following week. Each bag costs £3.00 and is great value for money.
Cookery Classes learn how to cook simple, basic healthy meals. FREE classes. Each course is for 2 hours a week for 3 weeks.
Includes; advice and recipes for cooking on a small budget; a men only cookery session; cooking for one; planning and cooking meals for a young family; cookery classes for you and your child; learn how to cook your favourite takeaway in a healthy way—Indian, Chinese, Thai.
